Marcus Hill, a real estate trailblazer with nearly 20 years of experience spanning real estate appraisal, property management, developments, loan origination, and real estate investments. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Marcus's journey in the real estate industry began unexpectedly at the age of 24 when he was introduced to the appraisal process. From that moment, Marcus embarked on building the foundation for his success. Two years later, he launched his own real estate appraisal firm, becoming one of the youngest and few African Americans in the United States to own, manage, and operate a Real Estate Appraisal company during the 2008 housing recession.

Marcus's expertise and determination led to his recruitment by Fannie Mae, the top mortgage giant and Fortune 100 company. As a Valuation Analyst, Marcus is one of the youngest professionals to have placed valuations on residential properties in all fifty states in the US.
